This policy explains what information GW's BBQ ("we," "us") collects when you use gwsbbq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to measure site traffic and performance. With Google Signals enabled, Google may also provide aggregated demographics and support remarketing audiences. We also use small browser-storage items to remember your preferences (for example, dismissing the announcement bar or this cookie notice). You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers that help us run the site: Google (Analytics/Tag Manager), Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to our inbox), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each handles data under its own terms.
GW's BBQ & Catering Co. ("GW's," "we," "us") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") for customers who opt in to receive text messages. This section explains how we handle information collected through the Program.
Information we collect. When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number, the information you provide at sign-up, your opt-in and message history, and standard technical delivery data.
How we use it. We use your number to send the messages you signed up for — menu drops, specials, events, and order or account updates — and to operate, maintain, and improve the Program.
No sharing or sale for third-party marketing. We do not sell your mobile information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us run the Program (such as our messaging platform), solely to deliver the messages you requested.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect any other relationship you have with GW's. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms of Service.
